III. WHOLESALE MERCHANT OPTIONS, i.e. all merchandising packages, display stands & accessories. 

• Wholesale is the sale of merchandise to merchants / retailers only.
• Our Merchant Options are only available to Wholesale customers...
• and only available with the purchase with our products.
• Wholesale customers may contact us for our current Wholesale brochure & Price-list.
• When up and going, Wholesale customers may access our Wholesale Web-shop... Wholesale customers will need a password to access wholesale price lists; please contact us for a private password and log-in to your account.
• All merchant /wholesale orders are by Pro-forma Invoice only until other arrangements are agreed with Irish Celtic Illuminations.
• Merchandise displays & accessories are sometimes in-stock, but usually these items are special ordered and drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer.

Considerations

If an order is for a special event, we would encourage you to give plenty of notice so that your item(s) can be prepared, produced, packaged and delivered in time.

Alternatives 

If you have a request for an original work of art or special commission not currently available on in our shop, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you would like a hand-crafted item in an alternate size, colour, material, etc. please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you have a request for an altogether new Gift item, i.e. a product we do not currently carry that is based on our designs, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Minimum Order 

Retail: there is no minimum retail order through our web shop, however, please consider shipping fees.

Wholesale: there is currently no minimum wholesale order through our web shop unless otherwise indicated; however, please stay-tuned as this may change at any time

Out-of-Stock Items 

We make an effort to ensure all the items on our website and in our brochure are in stock at all times. In the event we do have an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately for instructions for an alternate item, hold-off on delivery, or etc.

Confirmation

Website customers will receive a confirmation via PayPal for payment received, and any important details regarding their order a.s.a.p after receiving said order via this web shop.

PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal

We accept payment through the internet via PayPal. It is a safe and efficient way to conduct transactions.

• PayPal is how individuals and businesses send and receive money online. 
• With PayPal, you can choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal balance.PayPal allows you to make purchases securely without revealing your credit card number of financial information.
• PayPal does not reveal your financial information to sellers.
• PayPal payments are made immediately, far quicker than sending cheques or money orders, thus reducing your order time.

Credit Cards & Debit Cards 

We currently do not have the facilities for directly receiving or giving payment by credit card or debit cards through this website, by fax, phone or post. However, all these payment options are accepted through PayPal.

Cheques 

We may accept bank cheques, international bank cheques and international money orders made out in Euros...but this is only at the discretion of Irish Celtic Illuminations; please contact us for details & instructions. 

Mail-In Orders

Mail-in orders may be made...but this is only at the discretion of Irish Celtic Illuminations; please contact us for details & instructions.

If mail-in order is authorized, please complete the printable order form we provide, include appropriate payment method and send to: Irish Celtic illuminations, Cloondaff, Glenhest, Newport, Co. Mayo, Ireland.

• Orders are prepared and dispatched immediately after order is received and cheques are cleared.
• Please add at least seven days to overall order time if this payment method is used.

Automatic Deposit

Automatic Deposit is a payment option for our Wholesale and Retail customers. Please contact us for more details.

Processing & Dispatchment 

Orders will be processed and dispatched once full payment has been received. This is relevant for all payment methods.

Currency 

Payment for all orders is accepted in Euros only. (PayPal automatically converts all currencies to Euros.)

International Orders

Alternate payment options are available upon request, such an International Money Order from your lending institution made-out in Euros. When paying by phone, message, email or post conversion of all foreign currencies to Euro are calculated as soon as we receive your order. Please CONTACT US for details.

VAT 

Currently, we are not VAT registered, so that means we do not charge you VAT (a bonus for You, Dear Customer!). 

International Fees 

Any International Fees in regard to Taxes, Custom & Duty Fees, etc.  are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Reduce, Re-use, Recycle

• It is important to us that we make every effort to balance quality & competitive pricing for our goods. 
• We make a concerted effort to reduce our carbon footprint and help our country's economy by sourcing our goods within Ireland whenever possible.
• Wherever possible, we purchase recyclable and biodegradable materials to pack our orders.
• We also try to re-use any packing materials we receive when we order supplies and merchandise, i.e. cardboard, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, & etc.

World Wide Shipping: Our products are shipped to UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

If an order is for a special event, we would encourage you to allow us plenty of notice so that your item(s) and order can be prepared and delivered in time. If you are unsure, please contact us.

Conditions:

I. All original ART and CRAFTS

Made-to-Order: Please consider that all artwork and hand-crafts are made-on-order and require time to create. :) Approximate delivery times are below. 

• "Small-size" hand-crafts and artwork, i.e. items under €300: please allow 2 to 4 weeks delivery. These items will be shipped by registered post with insurance; we will contact you with tracking information.
• "Moderate-size" hand-crafts and artwork, i.e. items approximately €300, depending on size and intricacy: please allow 4 to 6 weeks for order to arrive. These items will be delivered via registered mail with insurance within Ireland and via courier with insurance outside of Ireland. We will contact you with tracking information.
• "Larger-sized" custom hand-crafts and original artworks, i.e. items above €300, depending on size and intricacy: please contact us and we will confirm e.t.a. Larger items will be delivered as above, however, 
• "Extra Large-size" items, i.e. special commissions, may require special care with delivery and installation; in that case special arrangements for delivery in-person may be arranged. Please contact us for more details regarding our large handcrafts and special commissions.
• Please Note: most hand-crafted orders may arrive much sooner than stated, and if the item is in-stock, it will be shipped immediately (in which case we will inform you). However, once your order leaves our hands, we are very much at the mercy of An Post (the Irish National postal service) and, if relevant, your country’s postal service &/or carrier service.

• All Orders under €50 value will be shipped using standard post.
• Orders within the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland and over €50 value will be sent using an insured courier service. We will contact you with tracking information.
• All Orders outside Ireland, and above €50 in value will be shipped using registered and insured An Post or courier service; this depends on which options best suits your order and which option is least expensive. We will contact you with tracking information. Other options such as expedited delivery may also be available.
• All GIFT orders may be delivered 3-5 business days within Ireland and 7-14 days outside Ireland...
• Out-of-stock items may take longer for delivery. If your order includes an out-of-stock item we will contact you immediately and make alternative arrangements if necessary.
• Please Note: orders may arrive much sooner than stated. However, once your order leaves our hands, we are very much at themercy of An Post (the Irish National postal service) and if relevant your country’s postal service &/or carrier service.

III. All MERCHANT OPTIONS, i.e. all wholesale orders including merchandise packages and all displays & display accessories

• All orders shipped by us and under €50 value will be shipped using standard post.

• All orders shipped by us and for outside Ireland and above €50 in value will be shipped using standard An Post.
• All “drop-shipped items”, i.e. items shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, will be shipped according to each particular suppliers policy...please contact us for more details.
• Displays & accessories may be shipped with or without corresponding stock; please specify which works for you or contact us for assistance with your selection. 
• Displays & accessories may be drop-shipped directly to you from our supplier, delivered by courier from us or delivered in-person depending on the item; we will inform you of delivery method details.
• Displays & accessories in-stock take 3-5 business-days delivery within Ireland or more if delivery is outside Ireland. 
• Displays & accessories out-of-stock may take longer for delivery. If your order includes an out-of-stock item we will contact you immediately and make alternative arrangements if necessary.
• Please Note: We will inform you of the conditions of delivery and the e.t.a. for your order. However, once your order leaves our hands, we are very much at the mercy of An Post (the Irish National postal service) &/or courier service, and, if relevant your country’s postal service &/or carrier service. 

Alternative Shipping Methods

Arrangements for alternative shipping methods may be made by request but is at the discretion of Irish Celtic Illuminations.

Delivery in Person 

Some orders within Ireland and UK may be delivered in person, in which case shipping fees may be waived, but this is entirely at the discretion of Irish Celtic Illuminations. 

SHIPPING CHARGES BY WEIGHT

Calculations

• Your order’s shipping weight is calculated by adding the accumulative weight of all items within, including product(s), packaging materials, invoice, & etc.
• Shipping fees are based on An Post (Irish post) rates and/or courier service when applicable.

• Our shipping fees are calculated using the most current postal/courier charges available.
• If we can reduce the shipping fees in any way for your order, such as consolidating or separating multiple items, we will do so and reimburse you.

• All orders drop-shipped directly to you from our supplier: Weight/shipping charges per item have been standardized based on calculations of item plus packaging, and are included in the Grand Total price of your order (we have a standard weight plus packaging for each item from our suppliers. Please note these fees may change at any time.

TAXES, CUSTOMS, DUTY FEES

• All Taxes, Custom or Duty Fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

• We do our best to package every order in a manner that will protect the items inside. 
• If you receive your order and it has been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine the cause.
• All orders over €50 sent directly from us are shipped via registered & insured shipping service(s). We will contact you with tracking information.
• Unfortunately, we do not guarantee secure handling from the shipping services.
• Irish Celtic Illuminations does not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items from delivery.
• Issues that arise concerning lost, stolen or damaged items due to carrier fault, must be taken up with the respective postal service, and/or shipping carrier.

Order Errors & Quality Control 

At Irish Celtic Illuminations we strive for excellent quality control.

• If by chance you receive the wrong item in your order, due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will review your order and amend the error as soon as possible; you will not be charged for returns or subsequent shipping fees.
• If by chance you receive an item that is flawed, has been damaged before packaging, before delivery or is damaged because of packaging error, please contact us immediately. We will review your order, and amend the error as soon as possible; you will not be charged for the item’s return or subsequent shipping fees.

Change-of-Mind 

We realize that customers sometimes change their mind. Please read below for our conditions on returns, exchanges and credit...

Conditions:

I. All original ART and hand CRAFTS

• Original artwork and hand-crafted items cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. 
• All sales of original artwork and hand crafts are final.
• Exceptions: please see Order Errors & Quality Control

II. All GIFTS, i.e. greeting cards, art prints

• All returns, exchanges or credit are at the discretion of Irish Celtic Illuminations.
• All queries on invoices will only be entertained if raised within 7 days of receipt of invoice (estimated shipping time for goods is considered). Please contact us for instructions.
• We apologize, but we do not accept returns on art prints or greeting cards; exchanges or credit only.
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees for exchanged and credited items (except in the case of processing error and flawed or damaged goods before shipping).
• Exchanges or credit may be allowed for the full price of the item(s), less shipping fees, provided the item(s) returned is in the original, packaged, new condition, within 10 days confirmation of exchange or credit.
• Item(s) will only be accepted for exchange or credit if postmarked within 20 days of purchase.       
• Item(s) sent back  beyond 20 days or in a damaged and un-sellable condition will not be accepted.
• Please send any exchanges well packaged, and if necessary, by insured mail; as well as any exchange information you receive from us.

Usually, our conditions are based on the conditions of the company that drop ships your item.
